Reviews

An exceptional place to stay, with spectacular views and lovely hosts. Accommodation was super spacious and styled beautifully. Comfortable beds, awesome showers, great heating and everything you need for cooking. Fun experiences such as bottle feeding lambs, collecting fresh eggs and patting the friendly quiet horse. Can walk for miles and admire the beautiful scenery around you. Not too far from the township of Mansfield to drive to. Highly recommended for many reasons. Our disability group loved it and so did the workers. I left my work phone behind and hosts went out of their way to drive and meet me at point to return it. We will definitely return.

Spectacular views, beautiful garden, lovely hosts. From the house its possible to see over the entire valley and the surrounding mountains. Even the tennis court has a view! Jenny’s place is a home away from home. A large, fully self contained 2 bedroom house with everything you need to relax including 2 bathtubs! It’s possible to go for walks around the whole farm. The children loved feeding the chickens and collecting eggs. Perfect place to escape the city. Only 15 minutes drive from Mansfield.

If you’re after amazing views, super comfortable accommodation with all the amenities you can think of, a pet lamb who visits daily, and almost pathologically friendly chickens, this is the farm stay/ airbnb break for you. My partner and I and 2 year old toddler loved this place and would be back in a second. Jenny and her partner are really good value. The spacious accommodation is completely private but they are happy to help out with any needs you might have and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Jenny took our very happy toddler to see her chickens and horse, and Chloe even got to cuddle the lamb. The property is in a great location not too far out of Mansfield, a nicely preserved 19th century town with abundant good food options. Top notch airbnb! We will definitely visit again and are already missing ‘lamby’.
